Biography

I am super excited to be a part of this community and join your family and children on this journey. I am originally from Phoenix, Arizona and recently moved to Santa Fe with my husband who is a pastor. We come to Santa Fe from Tulsa, Oklahoma, where I had the privilege of working alongside the school counselor at Ellen Ochoa Elementary. My teaching experience is with kindergarten and first grade. I am bi-lingual with Spanish and English.

I have a deep passion for helping students unlock their full potential. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and education and will be completing a master's in school counseling. I am eager to contribute to the growth and development of your children.

My approach is Christ-centered and focused on creating an environment that welcomes everyone. I firmly believe that every student deserves the opportunity to learn and grow. Advocacy and a genuine love for others are at the core of my philosophy. In the classroom, I aspire to create a nurturing environment where students not only excel academically but also develop the essential tools to succeed beyond the classroom walls. I am all about empowering students to navigate the challenges of life with resilience and confidence.

I look forward to a wonderful journey of learning and growing together!
